About our website
This site was conceived as a TPOA resource, used to broaden and strengthen relations between members and the Board of Directors. The site was also designed to provide basic Timberlake Plantation neighborhood information to community visitors. As an association member you should come here and check it often for current information about activities, events and other items of interest to members and the community at large. The site is also a convenient means for members to communicate with the Board of Directors through our easy to use Contact Us form.

Your Board of Directors believe this website will serve the members well by:
  • Keeping members informed regarding projects 'in progress' as well as projects 'being planned' within the association.
  • Improving communications between members and the Board
    • making actions of the Board more visible to members and
    • fostering a better understanding of the Board’s work.
  • Facilitating the implementation of Association Policies.
  • Providing convenient member access to Rules, Policies and Procedures.
  • Improving and standardizing the implementation of changes to TPOA Rules and Policies.
  • Ensuring the future expansion of the website without costly redesign.
